Fiber reinforced polyethylene composite pipe production line is a new generation of flexible high pressure pipe products independently developed by our company. The high-pressure RTP pipe is made of glass fiber, polyester fiber, aramid fiber and other high-strength wires to strengthen the existing pure PE pipe layer or multi-layer winding, so that the maximum working pressure of the pipe can be increased to 20 Mpa, the burst pressure can be as high as 60 Mpa, and the mouth diameter range is 2-8 inches. Customers can choose different number of filaments and layers according to different pipeline pressure. Reinforcement material is made of special adhesive material, which has good water resistance, oxygen resistance and adhesion performance. It makes all layers of pipe merge into a whole and improves the reliability of pipe.
